| As unit director of Kramer Dining Center, HMD Instructor, and nutrition education committee chair, Sheryl is always on the move. Sheryl can be spotted in Kramer dining rooms and production areas speaking with customers and staff. You may also find her instructing the Quantity Food Production Management students, and teaching and mentoring student dietitians. |
| Sheryl is a registered dietitian and ServSafe instructor. Her expertise in food safety has helped our staff to better understand how to handle food safely to prevent food-borne illnesses. |
| Even though she is always on the go, she welcomes phone calls, and is always happy to meet one-on-one with students to address comments and concerns. If you would rather write your comment, please fill out a purple comment card located in the dining room or comment by e-mail. |

| If you are looking for Camille, you should have on your running shoes. Not only is she the unit director at Van Zile Dining Center, she is an HRIMD instructor, and manages food production. She can often be found mentoring dietetic-management students, or visiting with customers. Her culinary training and subsequent staff development have helped our staff members win numerous Culinary Challenge awards within the NACUFS organization. |
| Camille, a registered dietitian, is also a member of the nutrition education committee, and welcomes nutrition-related questions from customers. | Michelle wears numerous hats for Dining Services, the primary being the project leader for implementation of Computrition Recipe Managment System into Dining Services Operations. As a registered dietitian, her talents and knowledge are utilized frequntly on the nutrition-education committee and as a ServSafe instructor. Her food-safety instruction has help our staff increase their knowledge and understanding of food-safety issues. |

| Missy, also a registered dietitian and nutrition education committee member, can typically be found in her Kramer office working on our website, or instructing Quantity Food Production Management students. Although undergraduate instruction is her primary focus, you may find her assisting in meal management at Kramer (or during summer operations). | Kelly is always looking for innovative ways to provide our customers with the best service possible. Kelly, a registered dietitian and special-events committee member, manages student development and scheduling, and late-shift production. Kelly is passionate about nutrition, and was instrumental in making nutrition-label information available to students. |
| On a daily basis, you will find her behind the lines at Van Zile managing food production, or entering recipes for nutritional analysis in her Boyd office. She welcomes you to ask nutrition, diet order, or food-allergy related questions via phone, e-mail, or in person. |

Malley, a registered dietitian, stickler for quality food, and winner of numerous recipe contests, is always busy making production improvements that will enhance your dining experience. Our operation showcases Malleys culinary expertise each Thursday night on the Change Ups! line. Malley typically manages early-shift food production. She would be glad to visit with you about improving your dining experience, or planning a Goodnow or Marlatt Hall associated picnic or special event. |
