One of the missions of Dining Services is educating and exposing the customers to the latest trends in foodservice. Change ups could take on a specific ethnic flair or introduce an up and coming trend in the industry. It might also could expose customers to a new service style. It is also a fun chance to showcase some of the favorite themed meals like hand-packed burgers and malts. Check it out in your dining center on most Thursday nights! Dashers is the fast, convenient way for you to get a nutritious meal on the go!
Kramer offers an assortment of fresh foods and beverages in portable, disposable containers.
Breakfast and lunch Dashers meals are available from 7:00–10:00 A.M., Monday thru Friday on B line. You are welcome to get a lunch Dashers meal at the same time you get your breakfast Dashers meal. Simply tell the checker and your lunch meal for the day will be deducted from your meal card. If you choose to get a lunch meal on Dashers, your meal card will not work during the lunch period for that day—should you change your mind and want to dine in on lines C–F.
Think food safety first! Keep in mind, that safe food-handling procedures should be followed once your meal leaves the dining facility. The dining center cannot be responsible for food-borne illnesses due to improper handling occurring after food has left the facility. If you do not plan to consume your meal within an hour, we suggest you open the styrofoam lid and refrigerate the meal. Please ask any of the dining center management staff if you have questions about how to handle food safely.
